In case you hadn't noticed I'm a bit of a nostalgic and at home I sometimes find myself missing the stationary phone... The handle, although heavier, was so much nicer to hold than the mobile and it seemed to fit your ear better too... Not to mention the cord you could play with.....and just look how pretty it looks when ladies flirt, chirp and chatter on the phone...
The master of phone chatting pin ups was no doubt George Petty....
